These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of ScheduledFor EURL's Website ("The Website"), located at scheduled.so, and the web application ("The Web Application"), located at app.scheduled.so.

Service Description

Scheduled is a social media management platform that supports LinkedIn (profiles and pages), Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, and YouTube.

Account Registration

  • You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority)
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must provide accurate information
  • One free account per person or entity
  • You must comply with each connected platform's terms of service
  • You can disconnect any social account at any time

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content published through Scheduled. You must own or have rights to publish all content, comply with copyright and intellectual property laws, and follow each platform's community guidelines.

Prohibited Content

  • Content that violates laws
  • Content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • Defamatory, libelous, or obscene content
  • Content containing malware or viruses
  • Content that promotes illegal activities
  • Content that violates platform terms

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but this is not guaranteed. We may suspend service for maintenance or updates and are not liable for delays caused by platform outages.

Payment Terms

  • Free trial: usage limits apply, no credit card required, paused at limits
  • Paid plans: auto-billed via Stripe (credit card or PayPal)
  • Billing starts on upgrade day
  • Can upgrade or downgrade anytime
  • Taxes included
  • 30 days notice for price changes

Cancellation and Termination

Users can cancel anytime via account settings. Cancellation is effective at the end of the billing cycle. No charges after cancellation.

Scheduled may suspend accounts that violate terms, exhibit abusive behavior, engage in illegal use, pose a security risk, or have non-payment.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, not responsible for published content or platform actions. Total liability is capped at 12 months of payments.

Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be resolved in French courts.
