When you register for an Account, we collect your name and email address from your Notion account. If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as the contents of the message.

When you connect a social media account, we collect the following information:

  • LinkedIn: Account ID, access tokens for posting content, company page IDs
  • Facebook: Account/page ID, access tokens
  • Instagram: Account ID, access tokens for photos/videos/reels/stories
  • X (Twitter): Account ID, access tokens for tweets/images/videos/threads
  • TikTok: Account ID, access tokens for videos
  • YouTube: Channel ID, channel name, access/refresh tokens, video metadata

How we use your information

  • Provide and maintain our web application

Google API Services

YouTube data is used only for scheduling and publishing. We do not transfer data to third parties, use it for advertising, or use it for unrelated purposes.

Your rights and control

You can disconnect any social account at any time. You can revoke YouTube access via Google Account Permissions. Disconnecting prevents future posts but does not delete previously published content.

Data storage and security

Access tokens are encrypted in a secure database. All communications use HTTPS encryption. We implement industry-standard security measures and do not share data with third parties without your consent.

Data retention

Data is retained while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
